Tournament Entry - Adults 2022

The tournament will take place on Saturday 9th July 2022 at Stoughton Recreation, Worplesdon Road, Guildford.

The cost of entry is £80.00 per team and is allowed a squad of 8 players

The tournament is divided into two categories:

Veterans - 35's and over (No under age players)

Seniors - Seniors open age group.

PLEASE NOTE: We will have a full license bar to stay hydrated!

I accept my entry form may be invalid until payment is made.Without payment my entry maybe invalid and removed.

DECLARATION: On behalf of the above-mentioned Club, I agree that by entering this competition we shall be bound by the Rules of the Competition and fully accept that Guildford City Boys and Girls Football Club shall not be liable, or responsible, for any injuries, or loss, to persons or property. I accept that in the event of the withdrawal of this entry, the entry fee may be repayable.
